Terms of Service

Please read these terms before ordering.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing in and using the Lunch Time app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

2. User Account Registration

Access to the platform requires logging in with a corporate Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account. Users register as either **Buyers** (employees placing lunch orders) or **Sellers** (authorized canteen or kitchen operators).

3. Ordering and Payouts

Buyers may browse the daily canteen menu and place orders. A platform fee of **5%** is added to each menu item price. All orders are final once the canteen begins food preparation. Sellers receive payouts based on completed orders processed through our remittance cycle.

4. Food Safety and Quality

Lunch Time is a matchmaking platform connecting canteen operators and employees. Food preparation, quality, hygiene, and allergen management are solely the responsibility of the respective canteen Sellers. Lunch Time does not prepare, handle, or store food.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Order cancellations must be requested prior to the canteen kitchen commencing food preparation. Refunds for disputes, missing items, or food quality are coordinated directly with the respective canteen operator.

6. Platform Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Lunch Time service, platform fees, or terms at any time without prior notice.
